Riello is an Italian company in the Veronese region of Italy that produces heating and cooling systems.

It has a wide range of products and brands. Riello focuses on creating catalogues for each brand. Different features and graphic language are specific to each brand. Catalogue management has always been done completely manually, through traditional desktop publishing products.

Riello approached EKR because it felt the need to optimise the production of static documents, i.e. not only the catalogues it has always produced, but also brochures for all the various product lines, bar none.

Adopting EKR ORCHESTRA the All – in – one platform, integrating it with the e-commerce platform allowed an organic flow between ERP, PLM, and of course e-commerce and EKR ORCHESTRA, in PIM mode for the production of catalogues and many other static media.

In addition, thanks to EKR ORCHESTRA and the collaboration of an external partner, Riello also obtains the manuals for most of the boilers, thus also producing the technical documentation.

With EKR ORCHESTRA, not only does Riello achieve its goal by reaching and covering 100 per cent of its needs, but it also integrates effectively with the previous master platforms with the maximum flexibility expected by a 100-year old company like Riello.
