EKR combines both technologies together. It can be used without problems as a PIM to power an e-commerce and to produce offline marketing documents (graphic brochures, catalogs, price lists), and at the same time be used to produce technical documents (user manuals, installation manuals, data sheets, etc.)
How long does it take to learn how to use EKR?
It really depends on who is using it. For example, the technical department can learn how to use EKR in a few hours.
Many say that EKR is complex to use. It’s true?
EKR can do many things, and therefore, to learn how to do everything you need a training course of several days. However, it is possible to use “accelerators” that allow you to be productive in a very short time, and leave additional levels of complexity for a later stage when the user has become more experienced.

It seems to me that EKR has many components. Can I use just one tool that does everything?
The EKR Orchestra platform, even from the name, suggests that it brings together many different roles, many different instrumentalists and many different sounds in a single symphony. There is no tool that does everything because it doesn’t need to be there. Creating content, searching for information, aggregating information, combining information with graphics, configuring documents, producing documents, feeding interactive portals, are radically different activities that must be perfectly synchronized. We have chosen to ensure that each operation has a dedicated, extremely configurable tool to get the most out of every single phase.
